Thank you for the opportunity of refurbishing your HR 6100 injector head. We are please to present you this job report detailing the different pieces of equipment taken in for refurbishment with their corresponding repairs to get them field ready.

LEGEND Injector Head Rebuild

HR 6100

HEAD NUMBER 303555

Head was manufactured in 2016.  Initial inspection of head looks very promising for a complete satisfactory rebuild in regards to timing and cost constraints.  Footage on Hubmeter when unit arrived was 2271. ( multiply by 2896= 6,576,816 running feet. )

c. Tear down and complete disassembly

i. Catalog Hydraulic hoses

1. Remove and replace, as necessary (ALL)

ii. Injector Chain assembly

1. Remove and replace

iii. Tension System

1. Remove replace all tension bearings

a. Remove and replace 4 bearings

b. Build and refurbish four bearing fits on each Idler sprocket.

c. Rebuild of 4 tension cylinders. Replaced rods and honed barrel. Replace seals, manufacture 2 new glands

d. Pressure test – function test

e. Gauges removed and replaced

f. Remove and reinstall guide bushing for tension bearings

g. Remove replace hubmeter (2271 old reading)

h. Remove reinstall brass stops/push plates

iv. Traction system

1. Remove and replaced all traction cylinders. (customer provided)

2. Traction accumulator top – rebuilt, installed new bladder and charged

3. Traction accumulator middle -rebuilt, installed new bladder and charged

4. Traction accumulator bottom- rebuilt, installed new bladder and charged.

5. Gauges- removed and replaced.

v. Drive System:   Motor Pump Curves 

1. Linde Motor near – rebuild- bench tested and matched

2. Linde Motor Far-rebuild – bench testes and matched

3. Brake Near -remove and replaced (customer provided)

4. Brake Far – remove and replace (customer Provided)

5. Gear box near – remove, replace all soft seals. Gear teeth inspection report . reinstall

6. Gear Box Far- remove, replace all soft seals. Gear teeth inspection report attached. Reinstall.

7. Drive shaft Near- gear teeth inspection sheet (PASS/FAIL)

a. Replaced with new _________ (signing below indicates acceptance of provision)

8. Drive Shaft far- gear teeth inspection sheet (PASS/FAIL)
